My name is Thea, pronounced Tia, and I was born in Ft. Rucker, Alabama. Born of royalty, I have been called Princess all my life by my parents. I am the daughter of the King.
In this flesh and bone, I am the daughter of a Retired Military Officer and retired Flight Attendant, the sister of an Airline Pilot, the ex-wife of a Retired Military Senior Enlisted man for over 20 years and the mother of three healthy teenagers. My life is not perfect, nor do I claim to be. I have a skeleton or two in my closet of bones that I would like to stay there but what use would they be if I didn’t share my choices with others? Life is not about hiding but about sharing with others, loving others, through the same path because you were once there.
I really don’t mind being called a “Fruitcake”. It actually brings a smile to my face. As the Word of God says in Titus 2:11-12, “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age.” So to those who look at the outer appearance they will see a fruitcake. It will be hard to look at the name in a positive light but the way I live my life, I make the statement here that I strive to be obedient to Jesus Christ.
Has your “Life” been bringing you heartache and stress among other things but now you want to live life in a fun way, eliminate fears, learning to be free of the shackles that bind you and smile again? This fruitcake can pray you through.
Come with me on my journey through the diaries!
Blessings to you and yours!
